This healthy pumpkin spice latte is creamy, naturally sweet, and actually gives you fibre (yes, from the real pumpkin + dates!) meaning it keeps you full and supports your gut health so much better than the stuff you can buy at the big coffee chains!

Here’s what you need:
πŸ‚100g fresh baked pumpkin or purΓ©e
πŸ‚6 dates (for natural sweetness)
πŸ‚ΒΌ cup cashews (I added this off screen to make it a lil creamier)
πŸ‚Β½ tsp vanilla
πŸ‚1/4 tsp each of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg

Blend until silky smooth, then I whisked a tbsp into oat milk to make a pumpkin spiced cold foam!

But you can also heat it up with your espresso, or froth into hot milk
