How It Works in 5 steps
- Initial Call: you get to know me before any commitment is made. In this call I’ll ask a little about you and your goals. You’ll get a follow up email with some date options to book you in if you’re ready.
- You fill in your Health questionnaire and log your food intake for the few days prior to our first session
- Your initial consultation is split into 2 x 45 minute calls where we delve into your health history, create some clear goals and we talk through the diet approach and food plan.
- You’ll receive your personalised plan within the next 7 days, including a meal plans, shopping list, trackers and any other relevant worksheets.
- We’ll have weekly check ins, reflections, bi-weekly coaching calls and monthly full consultations. Each week we’ll build on your plan and your new lifestyle habits!
Why should you care about your metabolic health?
This 90 day plan to reset your metabolic health is not simply about fat loss. We work together to support healthy cholesterol levels, blood sugar balance, blood pressure and gut health. But why bother? why do I care so much about losing weight in a way that also supports your long term health?
- In the UK there is 1 death every 3 minutes due to heart and circulatory diseases. These are largely preventable by nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
- So many people choose to lose weight in a way that is detrimental to their long term health (think super high protein diets and nutrient/fiber restriction). It doesn’t have to be that way – you can nourish your body for long term health while watching the fat melt off!
- And women are often the target of these unsustainable diets leading to yo-yoing that worsens metabolic health over time
