As a registered nutritional therapist, I use a preventative approach to health*. I help you to decrease current symptoms of nutritional imbalances and reduce your risk of future lifestyle related diseases, supporting you so that you may achieve your health goals.

Private Coaching 

Looking at your individual requirements, I’ll recommend changes to your diet and lifestyle. Using the application of nutritional sciences in health, peak performance & care to support your bodily systems as a whole. There’s no one size fits all here so we’ll work together to find what works for you!

I’ll guide you through the whole process of change using proven coaching methods so that you’ll be supported as you put these lifestyle changes into action in your own life. We’ll monitor your progress together over a series of consultations to give you a measurable way of seeing real change in your life!

Group coaching Queens

In my group coaching program you’ll be a part of a small group of women working towards similar goals. you’ll be a part of a supportive community who build each other up. You have a WhatsApp chat with access to me and each other. With monthly coaching calls that have a specific focus and an action step to put into pace that month so you’re always moving forward. 

These groups continue for 6 months before a new group begin. If you’re interested fill in the survey bellow, making sure to include your email, and I’ll add you to the waiting list for the next group coaching program to open.

One to one consultations – How it works 

  • Free initial call – this is an informal chat about your needs and what type of program you will need from me. This also gives you an opportunity to meet me before committing to anything. 
  • Initial consultation is around 45 minutes where I get to know you, your health history, current symptoms and intake and we’ll discuss your goals. 
  • This is followed with another 45 minute call where I then talk you through your meal plans and the approach we’ll be taking together. 
  • These initial consultations (must be booked together) are: £130.00 paid as 2x £65.00
  • Follow up consultations last around 1 hour and are £65.00 each. 
  • I recommend most people to book at least one follow up consultation to discuss your progress and make alterations and/or progressions, if needed, to your plan. This is also a great time to measure your progress to see how far you’ve come!
  • Currently all of my consultations are online. In them you learn all about nutrition, what foods to eat more of and action steps so you’ll know exactly how to put that into motion. Includes support in between sessions and meal plans, recipes* and handouts when/if appropriate.

*all meal plans will be vegetarian at most, meaning they wont contain any recipes for meat or fish products (but can be made fully vegan). If appropriate I will give recommendations for where you could make adjustments to add meat or fish products.
